2. Program Consumption Limits:

   • You must have consumed less than 25% of one module of the video-learning content.

2. Provide a reason for the refund (for internal improvement purposes only).

Refund Amount Calculation

• 100% refund if you have consumed one module or less of the program.

• Prorated refund if you have consumed more than one module. For example:

  • If you have completed 1 module out of 6 modules of the program, then 80% of the fees will be refunded.
